Summary

Project Manager with 16+ years’ experience in the IT Services and Support. Extensive experience in IT project management (PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum) methodologies and very good understanding of IT service delivery. An effective communicator and negotiator and wide exposure in managing senior level stakeholders and resolve conflicts across teams. Good exposure on Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Tools like Power BI suite. An ITIL expert and successfully implemented ITIL best practices in IT operations.


Responsibilities during the last few jobs

Responsible for project initiation, planning, scheduling, execution, tracking and reporting status for IT projects for multiple clients

Communicate project status reports to key clients, stakeholders and management including cost vs. budget, variances, contract risks, etc.

Closely monitor contract costs and ensure delivery is within budget. Determine and highlight any budget related risks pro

Identify, Review and track the Risks in Risk Register and keep leadership updated on Risk status

Ensure all contract related documentation is created and maintained as per organizational Service Delivery Management standards

Third party vendor managements and ensure underpinning contracts are adhered and penalty levied as per contract

Ensure Quality Management Standards and practices are followed and adhered to in the entire journey of project

Manage client relationships and ensure all client feedback is formally captured and reported to management

Work with the Finance team to ensure timely and appropriate client billing

Stakeholder and client relationship management through regular connects and service review meetings
