Software Deployment using SCCM and Active Directory
Creating and managing user accounts, email and security groups with Active Directory
Rectifying Issues related to Multi factor Authentication and Microsoft Intune
Providing support across Windows 10, Office 365, Server and Citrix remote desktop connections.
Creating and managing group mailboxes with Exchange management tools
Handling Issues related to Applications i.e. IBMS, Techone etc
Ability to handle a team of Engineers and Technicians
