8+ years of Project management, experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies with 3.5 years of experience in Agile. Managed application development projects which involves various technologies like CRM – (Java/J2EE/Micoroservices/SAAS), and Middleware (EAI/MQ), Billing, IBM Cloud in Telecommunication Industry domain. Technical leadership experience in Web (Java/J2EE) applications design and development. Experience in design and development of Web applications

Working directly with customer, portfolio managers to define scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimate, schedule & milestones

Creating schedule plan covering the scope and highlighting the dependencies

Have discussions with Architect team and SME to find the requirement gaps in design phase

Participate in the scrum ceremonies like the sprint planning, daily standup calls, sprint demo and retrospective.

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders like customer, project team and portfolio managers

Responsible for highlighting project RAID(risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies) to portfolio manager and tracking till mitigation

Financial Tracking – Ensure the project work is completed within the planned budget and providing the Forecast (Estimate To Complete) on a weekly basis.

Manage PCRs raised for every project by ensuring the estimate and schedule is revisited for each PCR

Participate in Gate Reviews and Production/Service readiness review

Presenting metrics in the monthly status review which includes the Key Performance Indicators
