I have experience in managing end to end ICT, Banking, Cloud and Cloud Security projects including stakeholder management. Being the primary project contact for customers, I was responsible for customer engagement, frequent status update to leadership/business, contract management with cloud vendors (AWS, NTT, Alibaba, Azure, Rogers), conducting war-rooms, issue/risk management, engaging Architect/Technical assistance at times and have managed project team (resources from platform team, customization/application, infrastructure, security, database, architecture) very closely in order to deliver the projects on time, within budget, with agreed scope. I have also worked on a Cloud governance. I have overall 9 years of experience in end to end Project and Program Management using both waterfall and agile methodologies. I am a certified PRINCE 2 Practitioner, ITIL Expert, Scrum Master.
